Who we are

AC IA SUPPORT is a technology studio based in Florida, providing web development, automation, AI, payment, research and related services described on our Services page. This policy applies to aciasupportsolutions.com and covers anyone who visits the site, submits the contact form, or pays for a service through it.

Information we collect

• Contact form: the name, company (optional), email, phone (optional) and message you choose to submit on /contact.
• Payments: if you pay through /pay, your card details go directly to Stripe, our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number. We do keep the transaction record Stripe provides us (amount, status, receipt reference).
• Basic technical logs: like any hosted website, our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard request logs (e.g. IP address, timestamp, page requested) for security and performance — we don't separately collect or analyze this.

We do not currently use cookies, third-party analytics, or ad-tracking scripts on this site. If that ever changes, this page will be updated first.

How we use it

We use the information you give us to respond to your inquiry, scope and deliver the service you've asked about, process payment for work you've agreed to, and keep the site secure. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to actually run the site and deliver your project:

• Stripe — payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant; see their own privacy policy for how they handle payment data).
• Resend — delivers the contact form as an email to us; your message isn't stored in a database on our side.
• Vercel — hosts this website. (For your own project, we may recommend Vercel, Cloudflare, or another provider depending on what fits best — see Hosting, Domain & Deployment.)

We don't share your information with anyone else, and we don't sell it — full stop.

Data handled during a paid engagement

The sections above cover this website. If you become a client, the project itself may involve more data — for example a CRM automation, an AI knowledge base, or a custom database built specifically for your business. That data is scoped to your project, used only to build and support what you hired us for, and is never used to train public AI models or shared beyond what a specific integration requires. If we build you a custom local application or an Excel system, your data lives on your own infrastructure by design — we don't hold a copy on our servers at all.

Florida law

Operating from Florida, we align our data-handling practices with the Florida Information Protection Act (FIPA), including its breach-notification timeline. The Florida Digital Bill of Rights (FDBR) primarily applies to much larger technology companies by revenue, but we voluntarily follow its core principles — transparency, data minimization, and giving you control — regardless.

How long we keep it

Contact form submissions are delivered by email and are not stored in a database — they're retained only in our email inbox, per our normal email retention. Payment and transaction records are retained by Stripe per their standard retention practices, which also apply to any records we keep for our own bookkeeping and tax obligations.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time what information we have about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing alejandro.coronel@aciasupport.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time. If you're located somewhere with specific statutory privacy rights (for example the EU/UK or California), those rights apply to you as provided by that law, and we'll honor requests made under them the same way.

Children's privacy

This site and our services are directed at businesses and adults, not children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If how we handle information changes, we'll update this page and its effective date above. Significant changes will be reflected here — this is the authoritative, current version.
