Terms of Service
Effective August 23, 2026. By using this site or engaging AC IA SUPPORT for a service, you agree to these terms.
The services
AC IA SUPPORT ("we", "us") provides web development, payment platform integration, business automation, AI agents, Excel business systems, OSINT investigations, custom software, Meta Ads management, and hosting/domain/deployment services, as described on our Services page. Content on this site — including the project scope estimator, examples and pricing tiers — is informational and does not itself constitute a binding quote; every engagement is scoped and priced individually before work begins.
Starting an engagement
A project begins once we've agreed on scope, timeline and price with you — typically following a discovery consultation booked through /contact. That agreement (however documented — email, invoice, or written proposal) governs the specifics of that project alongside these general terms.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe via /pay. Prices are as agreed for your specific project. Once engineering resources are allocated and development has started on your project, fees for that work are generally non-refundable — refunds and cancellations before that point, or for anything not explicitly covered here, are handled case by case; contact us and we'll work it out directly and fairly. For recurring services (like ongoing Meta Ads management or automation monitoring), non-payment may result in temporary suspension of the related workflows, hosting or integrations until resolved.
OSINT investigations — lawful use only
Our OSINT service uses only publicly available, lawfully accessible information. By requesting this service, you confirm you have a legitimate, lawful purpose for the research (such as business due diligence, hiring verification, or brand protection) and that you will not use it to stalk, harass, or unlawfully surveil any individual. We reserve the right to decline or terminate any engagement where a lawful purpose isn't clear, and we never access private accounts, bypass authentication, or use any illegal method to gather information.
Intellectual property & licensing
Upon full payment, AC IA SUPPORT grants you a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use the deliverable built for you (e.g. your website, automation workflow, Excel system, or custom software) for your business's internal operations, unless we've agreed otherwise in writing for a specific project. AC IA SUPPORT retains the underlying intellectual property in the reusable frameworks, code libraries, architectures and prompt structures our engineering team develops and reuses across engagements — the general "how," not your specific business content or data.
Your responsibilities
To deliver a project on time and correctly, we rely on you to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any access, credentials, API keys or materials (logins, brand assets, data) reasonably needed for the work. You're responsible for making sure any data or accounts you give us access to were obtained lawfully and that you have the right to let us process them. You (and your authorized users) remain responsible for keeping your own access credentials confidential.
AI-generated outputs
Where a project involves an AI agent or other machine-learning-driven system, you understand that AI outputs are probabilistic, not deterministic — we build and test these systems carefully, but no AI system can be guaranteed error-free. You remain responsible for reviewing and for any decisions, advice or actions taken based on an AI system's output before relying on it.
No guaranteed outcomes
We work diligently and honestly on every engagement, but we don't guarantee specific business results — revenue, ad performance, search rankings, or conversion numbers depend on many factors outside our control. Any example results shown on this site are illustrative of the type of outcome the work targets, not a promise of a specific number for your project.
Third-party services
Our services often rely on third-party platforms — Stripe, hosting providers like Vercel or Cloudflare (chosen per project, not exclusive to one), Meta, Google, Microsoft, and others depending on what your project needs. We aren't responsible for those platforms' outages, policy changes, or pricing changes, though we'll do our best to help you navigate around them.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AC IA SUPPORT's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or a project engagement is limited to the amount you actually paid us for that engagement. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. This site and our services are provided on an "as is" / "as available" basis, without warranties beyond those that can't be excluded under Florida law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, with venue in Duval County, Florida for any dispute that can't be resolved directly between us.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the business evolves; the version on this page at the time of a given engagement is the one that applies to it. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date.
